Exhaust question 700 1987

I own an 87 745 turbo wagon. I am going to have to install a new exhaust system including the cat. I am planning on buying the hi-flow system from IPD, but last time I looked I was not able to find a hi-flow cat. I do not mind doing some custom work, but would like to keep that to a minimum, I also have to watch my budget some.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what I could do, to get a high performance cat at a lower price than what I would pay stock?
