Rough Idle, Goes away when I turn on defroster 700 1988

My 1988 740 Turbo has an issue where it idles rough, however if I turn on either the A/C or the defrost, it no longer Idles roughly. It has a new O2 sensor, I'm mostly sure the Air Mass meter is good, and has new plugs and new wires.
Nature of the roughness:
Will Idle fine for a couple seconds, then the revs will dip a little and oscillate back to normal. It pretty much repeats this cycle, but the Idling fine for a couple seconds varies. Also it doesn't always Idle roughly in park, but in drive it always does it.

Any Help would be great!
