I don't know if this is an appropriate place to post this, I'm sure someone will let me know if not.
I have a 1986 745 turbo that I am going to part out, and just wanted to let interested parties know. This was owned by a friend, front seal blew out on the road, ran low on oil, spun the #4 rod bearing. I don't have the time to repair it, so I think I'll just pull it apart for the items I can use. It has the updated, water-cooled turbo, and everything on the car (except the engine, of course) is in good operating shape. This was a clean, well-maintained Volvo with 148,000 miles on it.
I am not in the business of selling parts, I just thought others might be able to benefit from some of the parts on this car.
