ok, here's my deal

about 7 months ago i had a my PS rack replaced, along with tie rods, bushings, and ball joints, and did my front brakes including repacking the bearings. i also bought a set of 15" turbo rims from the junkyard and has a new set of 205/60R15's put on em. now, the outer rims of both my right front tires are worn, the RF being so bad its past the cords and down to the steel belts. the car shakes like hell at 60, but even at slow speed, i can feel the steering wheel "walk" back and forth when im goin straight. my RF wheel also makes a horrible moaning noise once the brakes are up to temp, i think its a caliper dragging or something. im pretty sure my rotors are warped. could that be the only problem? is my alignment out as well? i just need some help, as soon as the problem is identified, then i'll know what to fix. thank you very much.
