Steering Rack 200

I have an '84 245 with a cam steering rack. It recently started leaking power steering fluid out of the ripped dust boot. I need to R/R the rack. Question is; I can buy a used rack for about $125 or get a rebuild kit for $60. Has anyone used a rebuild and how difficult is it to do, anny special tools required, or is it not worth it. Any info would be helpfull.
