Engine swap -- Labor, $$$ 200

Does anyone know how many hours (per Volvo) an engine swap should take? Or what a good indy. shop might charge for such a procedure?

My neighbor has an '83 244 GL with a blown B23 (rod bearing) and has located an '84 parts car with a good engine. He asked me to help him do the swap, but as I've never done this before I declined, so now he's talking about taking it to a shop. Will they take him to the cleaners?
