No restart, erratic idle after restart, erratic running at driving 700 1987

I have a 1987 Volvo 760 Turbo sedan with approx. 130,000 miles on it.

The engine wiring harness, namely the fuel injection harness was
deteriorating so I sodered in new wires to replace damged ones.

Problem: The car will start up and run very very erratically
in cold and warms. Sometimes it runs great (good idle good restart).
However, if the ignition is shut off at anytime,
when the engine is hot, after 3-5 finutes it will not start untill
the engine is fully cold (may be unhour or two it depends on the weather) . When it starts the idle is erratic and consequently erratic runnig at driving.

I'd like to be able to fix my car's problem with the help of anyone who can help.

I have cheked many things.

The coolant temperature sensor, it seams OK
The oxigen sensor Ok
The air mass meter perheps OK (I cheked the resistance).
The hoses on intake manifold.
I cleaned the throtle body.
The throtle swich does click.
Injectors seams ok (2.7 ohm each, the balast resistor is new).
Idle control valve (21 ohm).
Ignition on the input of Hall effect sensor 9.85 V,
the output 4.55v ( my batry gives 11 V).
I cleaned the intercooled. There was oil (aproximately 1 cap). I don't know
when last time it was cleaned.
The two pomps seams to work.
The feul pressure controle valve on the fuel pompe is new.
The distributor cap is new.
The rotor is new (the original was cracked).
Fuel level doesn't seem to make a difference.
...

Hope you can help. Thanks

Gen
