How to connect foglights on '86 744 700 1986

I just got a set of foglights from EBay for my '86 744, and I need to know how the wiring connects. I have found the positive (black and white) wire with the bullet connector, but do not know where the negative wire with a paddle connector connects. Can anyone tell me where that connects? Thanks for the help.
