When I asked about this problem last month, Steve posted about a GM bulletin correcting for porous castings. That may be my problem.

I live in Michigan, and salt must be very cheap. Because they dump tons of it on the roads. Does the wheel bead contact area corrode?

The rims didn't leak when the car was new. Now, I top them off every week and sometimes pressure drops as low as 20 psi. The model is a '93 940 with Michelin X-1 tires.
