Need pulley for Bosch Alternator 140-160 1973

OK, my S.E.V. alternator cracked and I decided to replace it with a remanufactured Bosch model instead (from NAPA). Trouble is that it didn't come with a pulley on it.

A. Where can I get a pulley for it? (The SEV one doesn't fit)
B. How do I keep the shaft from turning when I tighten the bolt?
