Coolant Level Sensor: Saved my engine again!!! 900 1993

Cruising along after passing a slower moving vehicle, the old reliable sensor light came on----steady, meaning catastrophic leak. Limped over and tried to get the coolant level up with water, but just leaked out. Too hot and too dressed up to mess around so had it towed home. The heater hose behind the B230FT was making contact with the EGR piping causing it to rot and become brittle. No other damage. BTW, temp gauge never showed anything but normal running temp.

If you do not have one on your car, put one in. It can save mega bux. This was Steve Ringlee's device and it is in the FAQ. Easy to do on any 2,7 and 9 series.

This is the second or third time these little sensors have save me.
