88 760 tubo relay problems 700 1988

I have an 88 760 turbo wagon. Recently when I start the car the overdrive arrow light comes on, the transmission wont shift into overdrive and the turn signal lights and electric windows dont work . If I turn off the car and restart it , generally everything returns to normal. Are all these functions on one relay? How do I fix this?
