frame front cross-brace 700

The front cross brace on the frame broke on my 760 Turbo-Diesel. Right by the RF wheel strut. Has anyone seen this before? Very dangerous. Any idea how difficult it is to replace? It doesn't look too hard. Thinking of doing it myself. Clem
