Replacing Distributor cap. 700 1986

Greetings all!

I have another inquiry, fortunately nothing is wrong, I just can't figure out how to remove those darned screws from my dist cap in my 1986 760 Turbo, it seems like whoever put those screws in that location ought to be shot! Anyone have any tips on how to remove them so I can replace this part? Thanks much for any help.
