Bentley Manual- ECU Diagnosis Info 200 1986

Are the basics of this test proceedure recorded anywhere here?...or elsewhere?... Not trying to be a tightwad, just can not easily find one here in OZ....

From my previous posts I was advised to obtain a bentley manual and do the ECU checklist. I imagine this involves exposing the pins on the ECU and checking various pins and recording/comparing values.
I think this would be great helping me to track down the niggly problems. However, I can not find someone in Sydney Australia who stocks them?? Any one from OZ who can help? Are the basics of this test recorded anywhere here...or elsewhere...
Taking Fluke DMM home tonight. Hope someone can help.
