how to remove rear bumper on a 87 wagon? need to know very soon!! 200 1987

i have a week off between jobs since i didn't get that pesky background info release form in, so this week has become rust week. i just found a few holes in the vicinity of the spare tire well. The one i didn't know was there goes through toward the back of the car and under the bumper, where there's already a "bumper" crop (wow, that was bad) of rust. so to make things easier, can anyone tell me how to remove the rear bumper? i'm sure i could figure it out, but i don't want to break anything and i needed a break, anyway. thanks for the help
