Euro tails for my 745? 700

I saw a 960 wagon yesterday, and the tailights were red/clear/clear/red. Are these available for the 745? I like the look instead of the yellow reflector, but of course it would have the amber turn signal bulb installed. If so, do you know who sells them in Canada? Thanks!
