low beams don't work; fuses and bulbs ok S90-V90 1998

high beams work with high beam switch on steering column
no low beam when headlight switch in --- position (parallel to road)
no low beam/dash lights when headlight switch in | position(perpendicular to road) position
running lights and dashlights work when headlight switch \ (45 degree to road)

low beam bulbs check out ok with ohmeter
fuses in A, B, C boxes look ok

I'm thinking either a head light relay or the headlight switch. I need an electrical diagram to run the circuit. any help Londe
