refuses to start 140-160 1972

I've been fixing a 1972 144 which I got from the wreckers and, although it used to run perfectly when I first got it, I haven't used the engine for a few months because of all the structural stuff I've had to fix. Now, I try to start it and it wont turn over at all and everything looks fine. I need Help.
