Ahh!! Paydirt :) 245 running MUCH better. 200

Well, tonight I invested in some new toys.

A compression tester kit.

and

A fuel pressure guage.

(sadly, the fuel pressure gauge was not usable because VOLVO does not provide schraeder valves on the fuel rail :( )

ANYway, I installed my new fuel filter and the car runs great. Apparently that was a big hangup all along. It doesn't seem lean anymore, but I have not checked the O2 sensor voltage yet to verify this. BUT the car has much more power at high rpm. It feels like driving my old 242 5 speed again.

Compression in each cylinder is as follows:
1- 165 psi
2- 160 psi
3- 160 psi
4- 160 psi

are these good pressures???

Anyway, I'm going to go driving while this lasts.

I need to sell the car, so I'm glad it is running like it should, so it will make the future owner a reliable vehicle (it should.. I have thrown half a car in new parts at it over the year I've had it)

Anyway,

Thanks for the help up to this point.
