My Volvo used to start right up, but recently fell into the routine of needing to be cranked over for a few seconds before starting - at which time it would send the RPM higher than usual to get it started (2k rpm). It seems to do this even when the engine is warm.

Has anyone solved this bug before? Could it be something in the wiring harness as i just had to run a jumper in the harness for my coil (hoping to replace this - I'm familiar with the faulty harness deal and mine is original)
