240 turbo fuel distributor 200

how much boost can a 240 turbo fuel distributor handle without going lean? My brother has built a VW GTI turbo from various used parts, just want to know because I feel his stock unit doesnt supply enough fuel. Its running a SAAB T3 turbo, SAAB APC boost controler, SAAB intercooler, so far the only thing we have used to add fuel is the control pressure regulator from an Audi 5000 turbo, while at the scrap yard we noticed a few turbo CIS Volvo's and figured they would be good for parts, what do you guys reccomend?
