squeeking drivers seat 95 945 900

Recently developed a lot of squeeking in drivers seat....seems to be coming from the seat back(when pushing and releasing the seat back it accentuates the squeeking....) Are the springs shot???whats the fix??? only 65k on this 95 pampered 945....thanks..JOHn
