what jobs to add on to a timing belt change? 700

I'm replacing the timing belt on my 1985 745t and I'm wondering if there is anything else I should replace while I'm in there. I'm already changing all the belts, and after reading another post I figure I should also replace the T-Belt Tensioner Bearing (do you just replace the bearing?)... anything else?

on a sidenote, what other name might a harmonic balancer go by? trying to find it in a parts list and have proven unsuccesful so far.
