brick/engine shake 900 1991

1991 940 gle 16v, my brick has been "shaking" for a while and it is worsening, checked mount - ok, replaced plugs (the old ones looked fine and normal), repalced FPR, IAC (idle valve), checked all vac lines and seemed ok, the "shaking" was noticed a few months back but it has gotten worse, idle seems ok, once rpm increases, the "shaking" is gone.... may be the higher rpm, any ideas.... injectors?? or something else?? i am 300 miles away and i hope i can make it back home tonight, tia....
