B20 O2 Sensor? 140-160

I want to be able to tune my weber carb with an O2 sensor mounted on the downpipe. Most air/fuel ratio monitors have wires for power and one for the sensor input. What O2 sensor should I use? Can i use any single wire sensor or does it have to be specific to the specs of the B20?
