I replaced a grommet (2.90 from Volvo dealer) going from the windshield wiper motor to the inside of the car body which was getting my carpet wet on an 87 245....leak is fixed!...but when I dried it the other day and was messing around underneath the glove box something happened and the car wouldn't start
I heard what I think was the fuel pump clicking...
To start the car I just took out the 25 amp fuse and reinserted it underneath the hood...the car magically started.
Then yesterday I was pulling in to park and the car died and wouldn't start-I heard the same clicking and did the same thing Voila!!! It started....could this be completely unrelated to my work underneath the glove box/carpet area?
Has anyone had a similar experience? I am just waiting for it to happen on the HWY! Oh well, I would appreciate any insight do I need a new relay perhaps?
Thanks!
