Trailer Hitch for 960 sedan 900

I need some advice on trailer hitches. I've got a 1994 960 sedan and I'm planning on putting on a trailer hitch. Drawtite and Hidden Hitch are 2 names that I've found. Has anyone had either of them installed? Was any cutting/drilling required to the bumper or to that plastic skirt (I don't know what they call it) that is below the bumper? Was the receiving end of the hitch flush with the bumper?
