Gunk in Thorttle Body 700

Was working under the car today and saw crap on the bottom side of the air hose to the throttle body. I pulled the hose to clean it off and check to see what was causing the crap. Noticed that there is oil looking gunk inside of the throttle body. It is also all over the inside of the hose and looks to be coming from the hose from flame trap to intake hose. Flame trap is clean just checked it the other day. What can be causing this????? Oh yeah fixed the cruise control (split end of hose) and now the engine light is on.
