occasional lurching when idling in gear 200 1987

Every so often, every time so far when I've been sitting at a very long light in gear the car will lurch forward as if I've been bumped from behind. It's happened 3 or 4 times now in about a month and a half. Generally the car runs and idles perfectly fine but I do hear a whooshing sound coming from right side of engine compartment occasionally. Since I've had car I've replaced plugs, plug wires, fuel relay, fuel filter, AMM, bellows from AMM to throttle body, dist. cap and rotor, FPR, cleaned idle valve and throttle body, replaced and cleaned flame fittings, 25 amp fuel pump fuse. I'm stumped as the car runs fine 99% of the time.

any ideas out there would be greatly appreciated

thanks in advance

Kirk S
