I just bought this 240DL that had a thrown rod. The car still ran but was very noisy. I bought a used 86 b230F that I heard run in the donor car. I swapped the motors along with the wiring harnesses. After completion, the car will not start. I have spark at the plugs. But I don't think I have any fuel. I swapped fuel pump relays and still nothing. They don't click when you turn the key. I pulled the relays apart and tested the coils and the relays operate. I checked the 25 amp fuse and it is good and power is available on the load side of the fuse. That's the red wire that comes off of the positive battery terminal right?

So what should I check next? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
