Torque Converters 700 1987

Have been gradually improving performance on the above beastie. Will be replacing the ZF trany, which is in good condition, with an AW, but am wondering if a torque converter with a higher stall speed would help its bottom end performance.

Mods this far to the engine: K & N air filter, upgraded cam, turbo exhaust system, cat back and complete tune. It is running much faster than before, but that ZF and its shift points just don't make it.

Comments on the torque converter welcomed.
