Replacing Nivomats with Gabriel inflatable shocks 700 1990

Hi!

My Nivomats are gone. I'm considering replacing them with inflatables from Pep Boys. Gabriel to be more specific. Did any one did it before? What is your impression? I don't mind to go to gas station and pump them up once in a while when needed. I'm concerned with ride quality. I usually ride alone and occasionaly pack the car to the max. 3 adults and 2 kids plus some cargo. I hate to get a ridgid rear axle that will be noisy as a dump truck.

Please advice. Your opinions are greatly appreciated.
