Fog lights 200 1980

Hello all again. I was wondering if you could do me a big favor and till me if there is any way to pout fog-lights in my 1980 Volvo grill with out guying a GT grill (I have a DL). If I could I'd like to be able to just put them behind the grill, but i was wondering if the bars would disrupt the light too much.
Any advice would be great.

PS I still know where some blue leather seats for a 200 wagon are that are in mint condition if any one wants them. And I'm still looking for tan or black leather seats for a 200 Coupe or some seats from a 4 door and i will use my frames. Thank you again.
