hey guys..today i got a k&n air filter.
how much hp increase should i see..(i have a 240 dl 86)
next..can anyone give me a list of things to greatly increase my horsepower ...i have like 700 dollars to spend on this...so i need help..please thanks

ps...Can i completly take of the catylic converter/>?
