How Many Brake Pad Teflon Shims to Install?? 200 1991

I bought a bunch of brake related hardware and will be installing new rotors, pads and calibers shortly. The vendor sent me many teflon shims and I was wondering if it is recommended to install more than one shim on between the pad and piston or if I should install two. I was thinking one with lots of brake lubricant on both sides (of the shim to reduce noise) Any advice would be apprecated. Thanks!
