On turbobricks.org there is a post under mods detailing swapping the old Bosch alternator for a GM unit. According to the article, with a little grinding, a remote mounted regulator, and a high output kit for the alternator, you can get 140 amps output. Has anyone tried this in a 200? My alternator is getting tired and was looking for options...
