CRASHED!!!! 1800 1963

As I walked out to my car yesterday..Gasp, a huge dent in the door of my car. A giant tire mark, A huge SUV I'm guessing. I've done body work before but I'm thinking about the chrome strip and if it can be properly fixed. There are no kinks in it, just an even curve. Are there remakes available? Any suggestions?
