replacing fuel filter 200 1980

I'm replacing the fuel filter. I'm at school right now and haven't even had a chance to look at it. Is there any advice anyone can give me on what/what not to do? Are 2 seals that I need to buy separately from the filter? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
