Fuel pump relay removal 700 1991

Can anyone tell me how to reach the fuel pump relay so that Ican replace it.
I am having trouble removing the compartment above the fuse block.
I have been able to remove the radio. I can't figure out how to remove
this compartment with out breaking anything. I can't reach the relay in order
to replace it. Thanks in advance.
