windows seem to jump when open/close 900

I have a 1992 940 GLE with power windows.

All power windows operate nicely, quickly, quietly and smoothly, with one exception:
All four windows seem to often 'jump' when going up or down, at different positions... as if they hop a gear or something...
No apparent noise, crack, or sound is made.

Any ideas?

Showed I open up the doors and lube? Is there something cracked or broken?
