Help me find my relay's 700 1988

Hey Bricksters,

I own an 1988 765ti. I have looked over the FAQ and also in my Haynes manual, I cannot find the relay board. Its not under the stereo, during my browsing I found this "I need the relay identification on the relays which are located on the side of the transmission tunnel under the plastic panel in the passenger footwell compartment". Is there where I might find them? Help please..
