engine swap from 16 valve to B230F 700

Has anyone out there swapped out a 16 valve engine and replaced it with a B230F? I have two cars, one wrecked one with a blown 16 valve, both are 1990's and the B230F has Regina FI and REX Ignition. Can it be done?
