That Darn Sasquatch Took It! 700

I've lost that small plastic cover located over the towhook on my front spoiler again. They just seem to disapear on me. I've been trying to figure out a way to more permanently attach it. Any suggestions? Also, does anyone know a source for these? Other than Dealer and other than pesky Sasquatch that took it? Thanks for any help.
