Removing fuel injectors to replace O rings 200 1988

I've checked what to do and I'm about ready to change the O rings on the fuel injectors - something I've never done before. Should I leave it to the experts? Are they pesky things to remove? Could I break the cap at the end of the injector? Can the old O rings be a heap of trouble to remove? Anyone fallen into a heap of trouble with these things? Any advice sure would be welcome, fellow Brickies. Thanks, Vince
