I already tested the vacuum flappers in the system and I know I have a bad one. It's the orange side of the double acting one, apparently the one that always goes bad. I disconnected the hose and sealed it. So I get air blowing out of the dash vents all of the time now, but when I use the a/c cold air (well, cooler air, at least) only comes out of the outide two dash vents and what feels like cabin temperature air comes out of the center dash vents. Is this related to my bad flapper or is this a seperate problem? I'd like to only have to go in there once!
