b21ft price ..is it a good one..need opinions 200

hey..i got a price from a local junkyard for a b21ft out of a 1982 brick...its the turbo motor and the turbo charger...it only has a 129 000 KMS on it...and is supposidly in good shape...they offered it to me for 550 canadian dollars..is this a good deal..thanks
