bleeding brake fluid - socket size for bleeder nipple? 700 1990

going to go and purchase a socket wrench for the bleeder nipples the calipers. what size do i need? and about how many pints of brake fluid do i require? i have girling brakes in the front, but i'm not sure how many nipples there are. i believe it's 2? and the brakes in the rear are ATE.

thanks, and any other tips are greatly appreciated!
