Handling 200 1980

Hello all.
I was wondering if any of you know some good ways to increase handling on my 1980 Volvo 240 DL. I don't race with it, but I'm a teenage driver (not that that's an excuse or anything) but I just want a sporty feel as opposed to the old men ride I have now. I'm planning on getting a lower profile tire in a few years, but until then I'd like to stiffen the suspension. So if any of you have an idea please let me know. Besides it can reach a high enough speed for me (120MPH).
