I Need Help!! 700 1987

I am new this so any help would be greatly appreciated. I have a 740 GLE that just turned 188,000 miles on it. Here is the situation, I was driving the car today and while making a left turn it just stopped running. I lost all electrical power. I had nothing. Jumping the car does absolutely nothing, no electrical. Also the battery is fully chargd.
If anyone has any ideas what could be happening it would be great. Thanks for you time.
